When I was doing this look, In my head I heard “American woman stay away from me” the whole time haha!
I wanted to style an edgy look this week so I added a guitar and shot the look outside and inside.
The faux fur jacket is actually from Forever 21! Who knew right?
The caged top and trousers are from GoJane! www.gojane.com
You can definitely recreate this look without breaking the bank <3
My look was featured in @instylemagazine !!! It’s the February issue! When I saw this I instantly had a big smile on my face. This is so cool wow…This is actually the first time I’ve ever been in a magazine of this sort! No matter how small I’m grateful haha It’s in stores now. Hopefully some day I’ll be on the cover! <3
Gives me inspiration to keep going! Cheers to 2016!
For this outfit I paired the black maxi, long tan trench coat, over the knee boots, and finally added some accessories.
When I saw this black maxi and trench coat online, I HAD to get them! The black maxi reminded me on a dress that I had already had except the other one doesn’t have a leg slit like this one. The leg slit adds such a sexy factor to it! This is my first tan trench coat and I love how versatile this coat is, It is stylish within itself, It doesn’t need many add-ons,
While I was editing these pictures, I was thinking… “hmm… I need to edit in fire burning behind me…. wait what was that movie that Angela Basset starred in where she burned up a car…” So I looked up “Angela Basset fire” on google and I realized his outfit totally looked like the one Angela Basset wore when she was burning that car in “Waiting To Exhale”, I didn’t even plan this hahah.
I got white dress in this vintage long maxi. I love this dress because it reminds me of an old Hollywood movie or a simple wedding gown. Basically, I wanted to convey emotion in these pictures. I wanted you to feel it, I wanted to do something different as a style blogger, as well as showcase the dress.
You can find many vintage treasures at thrift shops but this dress uses to be my mom’s. 🙂
